From practice to practice: building a medical centre
One of the first projects we worked on in an advisory capacity (at the time, as a sole proprietor) involved building a medical centre in Berlin. Launched in 1991, the project is still a market success 20 years on.
A model for success: restoring an old building to its former glory
The task
In the market for restoring old buildings, we helped a group of investors renovate and restore a residential/office building in Berlin-Mitte. The project comprised consulting services and the comprehensive financial management of the construction site.
